How to get your usage data from pg&E
How to get your PGE bill and usage to us:
You can log onto your PG&E account and gather the monthly kWh usage and a current bill (click here for a PDF file with instructions)
You can call the hotline at 1-877-743-4112, select #4 for existing customers interested in solar, then select option # 1 for usage information. And scan a copy of your bill (all pages) and email it to us.
Alternatively, if you want to avoid gathering the information yourself, you can send mus your PG&E account login information and we can get the information from your account for you.
